VillageWalk of Bonita Springs is more than just a gated community with a beautiful lakefront Town Center. A Full Time Activities Director and Calendar
The community is very active with a full time Activities Director and the calendar includes: Bingo, Canasta, Mah Jongg, Bridge, Poker, Yoga, Zumba, Water Aerobics, Meditation, Line Dancing and special events such as entertainers, holiday parties, day trips and even food trucks.
Potential home buyers often ask me if there is still an active social calendar during the summer months and the answer is YES! The Southwest Florida market is seeing more and more year-round residents every year and you will not have to worry about Village Walk being “empty” in the middle of July.

Your home’s lawn maintenance, irrigation, cable TV, and alarm system monitoring are provided by the Homeowner’s Association. Homeowner’s Association (HOA) Fees vary so please talk with me about the specific property you may be interested and I can offer you a disclosure on those fees.
Location and Area Attractions
Village Walk of Bonita Springs is located in the booming area of Bonita Beach Road just east of I-75 in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida. It is less than a 20 minute drive to Barefoot and Bonita Beaches. With the opening up of Bello Blvd connecting the eastern part of Bonita Beach Road to Immokalee Road in Naples in 2018, Village Walk residents will more quickly be able to travel to North Naples. Currently residents hop onto I-75 and drive to the next exit to get into North Naples.
Village Walk is 15 minutes from shopping and entertainment such as Coconut Point, Miromar Outlets, The Promenade at Bonita Bay and the Mercato.
For Sports Enthusiasts Florida Gulf Coast University sees many residents who enjoy watching their basketball team. Twenty-five minutes north of Bonita Springs you can catch a Spring Training game at the Red Sox Spring Training Camp in JetBlue Park (aka “Fenway South”).
For The Arts Lovers there are many fine galleries in Naples as well as well as performances held at Artis Naples (formerly known as the Naples Philharmonic) and in Fort Myers there is the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall.
If You Appreciate the Great Outdoors you can find guided kayak tours from various outdoor outfitters in Bonita Springs or you can venture a few minutes north into Estero and hike through Koreshan State Park.
